FAQ:
Why is there an inconsistency in your pokemon levels?
For the sake of time, I avoid trainers and battle them in between episodes to maximize the quality of the videos. I plan on doing a special discussing the tale of Hoenn where all the off screen battles will be shown to prove my run is legit.

What do you use to record?
I use an official cartridge of the game running on a Gameboy player and record with an elgato game capture HD.

What is Pokemon Adventures/Special?
A series of stories that follow closely to the games. Its more adult themed and a good read for any older pokemon fans.

What is a nuzlocke challenege?
A set of self imposed rules to make the game harder for the player.

Rules of a nuzlocke challenge:
Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead and must be released or can be permanently boxed.

The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.

Players must nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger bonds.

Player can use only Pokémon they have captured themselves, meaning traded Pokémon, mystery gifts, etc., are prohibited. It is implied that the player can accept Pokémon that are received freely from NPCs.

Species/Dupes Clause: Adjusting the first encounter rule to ban duplicate captures.

Not officially enforcing the rules until the player has Poké Balls and can catch Pokémon.

Going to options and making the battle style "set", leaving the player unable to get a free switch out.
