My strategy was to pave the way for an Espeon sweep. Murkrow and Pidgeotto are the biggest threats to it. I starting by taking out the leader's pokemon by finishing it off with Espeon. This is to lure out the Murkrow early. Hypnosis is used to deal with both of these Pokemon so RNG is involved. However I think this is the best strategy my team could use at their levels to win vs the gym leader.
