Pokemon Sapphire Nuzlocke - Let's play Part 2: Party time!
5Welcome to part 2 of my Pokemon sapphire Nuzlocke run being played using the Gamecube game Pokemon box on a Wii. This run is being done in anticipation for Pokemon Omega ruby and Alpha sapphire, which are being released later this year.
Nuzlocke rules -
- If a Pokemon faints it is dead and cannot be used anymore.
- You can only catch the first pokemon you encounter of each area.
- You must nickname all Pokemon.
Game description -
Pokémon Ruby Version and Sapphire Version are the third installments of the Pokémon series of role-playing video games, developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. The games were first released in Japan in late 2002 and internationally in 2003. The basic mechanics of Ruby and Sapphire are largely the same as their predecessors'. As with all Pokémon games for hand-held consoles, gameplay is in third-person, overhead perspective and consists of three basic screens: a field map, in which the player navigates the main character; a battle screen; and the menu, in which the player configures his party, items, or gameplay settings. The player begins the game with one Pokémon, and can capture more using Poké Balls. The player can also use his/her Pokémon to battle other Pokémon.
