Game runs/plays just ok. The main performance boosts were the CPU/Accuracy Setting and turning SMT off in the PowerTools plugin. Most of the time it holds around 30FPS with dips to mid 20's in towns.

*Changing the CPU/Accuracy Settings to "Unsafe" can cause some issues in game like the screen image freezing, characters disappearing and cutscenes not starting. If you run into these problems, switch the CPU/Accuracy Setting back to "Accurate". FPS performance is better on "Unsafe", so you may want to switch back and forth depending on the situation.
