Basically you leave 1 or 2 Pokémon at the daycare and then go to ecruteakcity’s gym. (The fourth gym)
And just keep walking forward pressed with a clothes peg or something heavy of the sorts.
Now you can do your own thing, even sleep while you’re Pokémon are leveling up.
Don’t forget to put it in the charger if you don’t pay attention to it so the battery won’t die.
