Explore the Rocket Hideout below a shop in Mahogany Town and gather 2 passwords from the Grunts who know them. With the passwords, open the shutter and you’ll meet another Rocket Executive, Petrel. Zubat will use Confuse Ray to confuse the target and Bite for a 30% chance of making the target flinch. Raticate will use Scary Face to sharply lower the target’s Speed stat and Sucker Punch to strike first. Koffing will use Smokescreen to lower the target’s Accuracy stat and Smog for a 40% chance of poisoning. After the battle, Petrel will leave, and Murkrow will give off the password for the other shutter.
