On any day between 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M., Jasmine will be at the café in Olivine City. Talk to her and she will give you her phone number on the PokéGear. Call her on a Wednesday afternoon and she will be at the Fighting Dojo in Saffron City. Metagross will use Bullet Punch to strike first and Meteor Mash for a 20% chance of raising its Attack stat. Magnezone will use Lock-On to ensure that its next move lands freely and Zap Cannon to paralyze the target. Skarmory will use Spikes to hurt those who switch into battle and Steel Wing for a 10% chance of raising its Defense stat.
