Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Bellossom, Magby, Gligar, Pidgeotto, Seadra, Espeon
CPU Team: Bellsprout, Clefairy, Wobbuffet, Venonat, Misdreavus, Snorlax

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Bellossom: Petal Dance, Cut, PoisonPowder, Attract
Magby: Flamethrower, Iron Tail, Confuse Ray, Sunny Day
Gligar: Slash, Faint Attack, Guillotine, Sand-Attack
Pidgeotto: Fly, Frustration, Steel Wing, Mirror Move
Seadra: Surf, DragonBreath, Swift, SmokeScreen
Espeon: Psybeam, Swift, Tail Whip, Psych Up

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Bellsprout: Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Growth
Clefairy: Metronome, Strength, Psychic, Moonlight
Wobbuffet: Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, Destiny Bond
Venonat: Sludge Bomb, Psychic, Supersonic, Stun Spore
Misdreavus: Shadow Ball, Thunder, Psywave, Pain Split
Snorlax: Headbutt, Fire Punch, Defense Curl, Curse

With the CPU getting some of the best Rental Pokémon, like Snorlax and Wobbuffet, and I get some Pokémon that rely on status conditions to get past them. I did look up a Pokémon Stadium 2 Rental Tier List, and Snorlax is listed high as it does have Curse and Headbutt, which are good moves for a Rental Pokémon, and Snorlax is one of the most powerful Pokémon in this generation because of the Curse set.
Espeon was my lead, and the CPU went with Venonat, and this does give me a good start to the battle with Espeon's Psybeam, but the CPU got really lucky with Venonat's Supersonic, which was the best I could explain without giving away what ends up happening in the video.
To deal with Wobbuffet as I have no Dark or Ghost-type Pokémon to take advantage of it, the best I could do is try to land a Guillotine from Gligar, but also poison it with Bellossom's PoisonPowder, and for Snorlax, have each Pokémon on the team get in some hits on Snorlax to bring it down, as Snorlax can take out most of my Pokémon with its Headbutt. The one advantage Bellossom has over Snorlax is that they are opposite genders, and Bellossom can use Attract to reduce Snorlax's chances of attacking.
Misdreavus is a tricky opponent to deal with because of its Ghost-type, and it knows Thunder to deal with Pidgeotto and Seadra, meaning my best option is to poison it with Bellossom's PoisonPowder and try to get in some damage on Misdreavus with each Pokémon I have until it is down. Magby's Sunny Day and Flamethrower comes in if I need to deal a lot of damage, specially against Clefairy and Misdreavus, while also having an easy advantage against Bellsprout, which is also where Pidgeotto can come in should Magby go down before Bellsprout is in the battle.
