Back with Pokemon Stadium comparison between N64 and Switch (NSO).

Switch version doesn't support the transfer pak. A few graphical errors can be seen with the Rattata minigame, Staryu's entrance, and when using earthquake. The text box on Pidgey's Fly move and the purple text have since been fixed from an update. Also, due to the control stick not being accurate to the N64 original, the Ekans minigame is more tricky to aim. The Intro is out of sync. The game's framerate doesn't drop in the places where the N64 original did. I didn't record every time it does, but I showed a couple of examples where it would the game's framerate would slow down on N64. The Sandshrew minigame slowed down on N64 and the slowdown also affects the results screen.

And that's most of the differences that I've noticed.

N64 footage was captured with composite cables while Switch footage was captured with HDMI.
