On our quest to find the remaining Legendary Titans, we enter a cave that leads to the Frigid Seas. Along the way, we get some insane luck with some of the wild encounters, as well as an encounter with an Omastar and a bunch of other Fossil Pokémon during our cave exploration.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I can't believe that I am finding so many female Fossil Pokémon consecutively, because if I recall, the odds of finding a female Fossil Pokémon is a 1/8 chance, which is the same odds as finding a female Starter Pokémon, and almost rarer than finding a Shiny Pokémon, I guess this is what happens when you praise Lord Helix.
You can find wild Omastar in Roaring-Sea Caves, but it can be found in Sword. In Shield, you would find Kabutops instead. I don't mind Omastar as a Pokémon, but I prefer Kabutops, as it has a cool design. For version exclusives, you can find Deino in Sword, and a special overworld encounter with Hydreigon, and in Shield, you can get Larvitar, and a special overworld encounter with Tyranitar. You can also find Riolu and its evolved form Lucario as well, so here's the place to get a good chance of getting Lucario.
Throughout Roaring-Sea Caves, you can find footprints belonging to the Iron Will Pokémon, and if you get 100%, you can find the Legendary Pokémon, I will go more into it in a later part.
The next area is Frigid Sea, and there are a lot of Water and Ice-type Pokémon you can find there, one example is Spheal. This Pokémon has good HP and well balanced stats, and you can find its evolved forms Sealeo and Walrein in the overworld. While its Ice Body Ability was infamous for the term "Stallrein" in the competitive scene back when Snow Warning from Abomasnow used to summon permanent Hail, Walrein is an all-around Pokémon with good HP, and it is a decent Pokémon to add to your team if you are in need for an Ice-type.
Next up is Tirtouga, and you can find its evolved form Carracosta in the overworld depending on the weather. While at first Tirtouga's stats are ideal for being a defensive Pokémon with good Attack, but it is an excellent user of Shell Smash, and Carracosta can learn some good Physical moves, like Liquidation, Rock Slide, Superpower, Crunch, and Earthquake, and it is one of few Pokémon to get Solid Rock for the Ability, it's a good Pokémon to add to your team if you want a solid Water/Rock-type.
For being called Frigid Sea, there are some Pokémon you can find in the freezing cold waters, the most common being Wailmer and Avalugg, and only in Shield, you can find Eiscue in the water, so for Shield players, this area is where you can have an easier time getting Eiscue.
When you go through the waters in Frigid Sea, one path leads to Roaring-Sea Cave, and there is a woman who will give you a Galarica Wreath if you have 15 Galarica Twigs, this is the item you can use to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking. Galarian Slowking is a Poison/Psychic-type, and it has a signature move called Eerie Spell, this move removes 3 PP from the target's last move, and it has an Ability called Curious Medicine, if Galarian Slowking is sent into battle, it will reset all stat modifications of its ally in a Double Battle, this can hinder teammates that rely on stat buffs like Swords Dance or Nasty Plot. For stats, compared to its Johto counterpart, Galarian Slowking has good Special Attack and Special Defense, and it is on the slower side, and Curious Medicine is more of an Ability for Double Battles, if you want to use it in Single Battles, its Hidden Ability of Regenerator is better.
