The next Wild Area event will have increased appearances in Fairy and Flying-type Pokémon, and I did check to see if there were any types remaining, and that is every type done for the Wild Area events, not sure what theme will happen next. This Wild Area event is live from March 1st till March 31st 2021, and the following Fairy and Flying-type Pokémon that will appear include Hatterene, Gardevoir, Galarian Weezing, Corviknight, Braviary, and Cramorant.
I could go over each of the Max Raid Battle opponents, starting with Hatterene, when Gigantamxed, its Fairy-type moves become G-Max Smite, and this is a dangerous opponent to deal with, as G-Max Smite will confuse all targets, and confusion is a status condition that you do not want to deal with in Max Raid Battles. Hatterene's Hidden Ability is Magic Bounce, which is the Ability you will want on Hatterene, and it does get some good Special moves like Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, and Mystical Fire, and it is a great Pokémon in Trick Room teams with its low Speed stat. Hatterene can make good use of both Tutor moves, Expanding Force in Psychic Terrain, and Misty Explosion to get in some huge damage, but the user will faint when using that move.
While Gardevoir has the same type as Hatterene, the different is it has lower Special Attack, and higher Speed, but it is a really good Special Attacker. Its Hidden Ability of Telepathy is better in Double Battles, but in Single Battles, you are better off with Trace. Gardevoir learns a variety of Special moves, like Psychic, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, and many others, and it does get some nice status moves like Calm Mind, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Trick, Destiny Bond, and a few other moves, Gardevoir does have some nice versatility for a Psychic/Fairy-type Pokémon.
Then for Galarian Weezing, this Pokémon has seen popularity in Double Battles because of Neutralizing Gas, which disables all Pokémon's Abilities, so it has seen use along with Regigigas. Its Hidden Ability is Misty Surge, but there is no reason to take that thing over Tapu Fini when setting up Misty Terrain. Galarian Weezing has fairly good Defense, and it can make use of moves like Clear Smog, Strange Steam, Will-O-Wisp, Defog, Pain Split, and some other moves, it can use Flamethrower as an option against Steel-type opponents.
The next one is Corviknight, its Flying-type moves when Gigantamaxed become G-Max Wind Rage, this move removes screens, entry hazards, and other effects, so it's Defog as an attack. The downside is that Corviknight cannot use Max Airstream when Gigantamaxed, which is where Dynamax would be more preferred. Corviknight has good stats all-around, it is a defensive Pokémon with a good Attack stat, and it can make use of the move Body Press if it has Bulk Up or Iron Defense, and its Attack stat does allow it to use Brave Bird and Iron Head for dealing damage, Corviknight can use Roost to heal off some damage, and Tailwind is an option for Double Battles, so there are a lot of things you can do when using Corviknight, its Hidden Ability is Mirror Armor, which bounces back stat-lowering effects, like lowering Attack with Intimidate, to the opponent.
Braviary has Defiant for its Hidden Ability, and this is the Ability you want when using it, as Braviary will gain an Attack boost of two stages, but it has to be the opponent lowering Braviary's stats, not moves that lower your own stats like Close Combat. Braviary has a good Attack stat, so it can make use of some powerful Physical moves like Brave Bird and Thrash, as well as some good coverage moves like Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Rock Slide, and U-turn. If you can put Defiant to good use, Braviary can deal some heavy damage, and it can use Bulk Up to boost its Attack and Defense, which can help out in battle.
If we didn't already have Cramorant in a recent event, this Pokémon is one of possible opponents. Its Gulp Missile does make this a very gimmicky Pokémon, because depending on how much health Cramorant has, it comes back with prey if it uses Surf or Dive, and it will spit out the prey if it is hit by a move, if Cramorant has over 50% HP, it will lower the target's Defense, or if its HP is below 50%, the target will be paralyzed. Cramorant does get some interesting moves, like Ice Beam, Hurricane, Throat Chop, Superpower, and many other moves, although it is outclassed by better Pokémon, Cramorant is very gimmicky to use in battle.
