Before starting this video, I show some new codes that were announced, and it is for the Cap Pikachu, at the time, the Original and Partner Cap Pikachu were live, the Cap Pikachu have Static for the Ability, and for moves, all of them have Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Quick Attack, and Electroweb, and can be retaught Volt Tackle through the Move Reminder, these Pikachu are a reference to the Pokémon Anime, as the OT is Ash, the Cap Pikachu first appeared in Gen 7 where they can use a special Z-Crystal called Pikashunium Z, which allowed them to use 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt, a unique Z-Move only the Cap Pikachu can use, these codes will be live until November 30th.
Then for the Wild Area Event, from October 1st till October 31st, Ghost and Dark-type Pokémon have increased appearances in Max Raid Battles, so you can fight Gengar, Drifblim, Dusknoir, Grimmsnarl, Hydreigon, and Morpeko, so a good collecting of Pokémon to fight, both Gengar and Grimmsnarl will be their Gigantamax forms.
By the way, this is a legit Shiny Machamp that I did breed for, not a hacked one, because I keep getting hacked Shiny Pokémon through Surprise Trade with the nickname "Machamps.com", so to have a Shiny Machamp not from that very player, I did not hack for that.
Starting with Gengar, it has had a huge competitive history over the years, and still remains relevant to this day. It has Cursed Body for its Ability and access to a wide variety of Special moves, like Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, and many others, it can use status moves like Will-O-Wisp, Perish Song, and Destiny Bond. For its Gigantamax form, its Ghost-type moves become G-Max Terror, which traps opponents as if it has Shadow Tag, which was Mega Gengar's Ability in Gen 6 and 7.
Next is Drifblim, it has seen good usage in VGC Tournaments in Gen 7 because of how popular terrain was in those games, and if Drifblim was holding a Psychic Seed, or any seed that benefited from the terrain, it would get a Defense or Special Defense boost, and Drifblim had access to moves like Tailwind and Sunny Day or Rain Dance to support its team. Its Hidden Ability is Flare Boost, which gives Drifblim a 50% boost to Special Attack when burned, while it's unique, Unburden is better for Double Battles, and for Max Airstream, the best it can do is Gust, and that is a weak move.
Dusknoir's Hidden Ability is Frisk, while it is nice as that allows it to see what the opponent's item is, and the new move Poltergeist works well with Dusknoir's Attack stat. It is a good user of Trick Room, and the Weakness Policy and Dynamax does make it a good Ghost-type Physical attacker, while Dusknoir has good defensive stats, it is outclassed by its pre-evolved form Dusclops with the Eviolite, and Dusclops sees more usage than Dusknoir, although Dusknoir does have decent usage.
Next is Grimmsnarl, its G-Max Move is G-Max Snooze from its Dark-type moves, and its Hidden Ability is Pickpocket, not worth the time, because Prankster is the best Ability to have on Grimmsnarl, it can set up Light Screen and Reflect, and has access to moves like Trick and Thunder Wave. For moves, Grimmsnarl can use its signature move Spirit Break, and for a Dark-type move, it can use Foul Play, Darkest Lariat, and Sucker Punch, it tends to be more of a support Pokémon that can set up screens.
While Hydreigon has been a terrifying force in the competitive scene in Gen 5, Fairy-type Pokémon kept that thing in check. It has a wide movepool, being able to use moves like Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Surf, Focus Blast, and many other moves. It can even use U-turn on Choice Scarf sets to ensure it can switch out, and with access to Nasty Plot, Hydreigon's Special moves can hit even harder, so a full powered Draco Meteor after a Nasty Plot can get in some huge damage on foes.
The last one is Morpeko, while it has an interesting gimmick with its Hunger Switch, its signature move Aura Wheel changes type based on its form, when Morpeko in its Full Belly Mode, Aura Wheel is an Electric-type move, when it is in its Hangry Mode, it becomes a Dark-type move, it has 110 power and boosts Morpeko's Speed when used. Morpeko can use moves like Fake Out and Parting Shot, which goes well with the Speed boosts from Aura Wheel, and it can use Protect, as Hunger Switch allows Morpeko to change form at the end of each turn. Morpeko does get some nice Physical moves like Seed Bomb, Fire Fang, Outrage, Stomping Tantrum, and Psychic Fangs, it can be a decent Pokémon when you know how to use one.
