A new Wild Area event has happened, starting from January 31st till February 6th, you can still fight Gigantamax Coalossal, Flapple, Lapras, and Appletun in Max Raid Battles, and Alcremie is removed from Event Max Raid Battles, this time it is replaced by Milcery, it's pre-evolution. Milcery will be in Max Raid Battles until February 16th 2020.
The interesting fact about the Milcery that you fight in the Max Raid Battles is that when evolved into Alcremie, it will be able to Gigantamax, this is so that you can play around with the different forms of Alcremie, and there are 63 different forms of Alcremie that will be available to be Gigantamaxed.
There are seven different sweets that you can give to Milcery, those are known as Strawberry, Berry, Love, Clover, Flower, Star, and Ribbon, and the different types of forms you can take on include Vanilla Cream, Ruby Cream, Matcha Cream, Mint Cream, Lemon Cream, Salted Cream, Ruby Swirl, Caramel Swirl, and Rainbow Swirl.
I will list each action you have to do in order to evolve Milcery, and do note that you must equip a Sweet item onto Milcery in order to evolve it, and you have to spin in order to get it to evolve.
Vanilla Cream: Spin clockwise quickly during the day.
Ruby Cream: Spin anticlockwise quickly during the day.
Matcha Cream: Spin clockwise quickly at night.
Mint Cream: Spin anticlockwise for 5 seconds at night.
Lemon Cream: Spin clockwise for 5 seconds at night.
Salted Cream: Spin anticlockwise quickly at night.
Ruby Swirl: Spin anticlockwise for 5 seconds during the day.
Caramel Swirl: Spin clockwise for 5 seconds during the day.
Rainbow Swirl: Spin anticlockwise for 10 seconds at dusk.

As there are seven types of Sweets, and nine different flavours of Alcremie, this gives you a total of 63 different flavours, this is what a completionist would find time-consuming, specially if they want to do a Living Dex including every form of Alcremie.
In this video, I go through many different Max Raid Battles, including Flapple and Coalossal, and a few other Pokémon, and I soon discovered that Milcery only appear 10% of the time, you will see if ever I do find a Milcery in the Raid Dens. You can still find Gigantamax Alcremie in Rare Den 82 in Bridge Field, but it will be much rarer than it was before, this is where those events come in, this is so you can get the Gigantamax Pokémon easier.
Another thing to note is that if you have the correct counters for 5 Star Dynamax opponents, you can solo them, provided that you get some good partners, because I have heard about a certain Gentleman with a Solrock being a memetic loser in the community. I try to see if I can take them out without relying too much on Zacian or Eternatus, as I have trained up different Pokémon at high levels from Level 70 to 80, or even Level 100, and some Pokémon on different types so that I have some good options for the Max Raid Battles if I can't get some teammates to take on those tough foes.
One more thing to note is that Milcery's Hidden Ability is Aroma Veil, and its normal Ability is Sweet Veil, I would recommend Aroma Veil, specially in Double Battles, as Alcremie does learn some good support moves, and Aroma Veil prevents it from being affected by Taunt, while Sweet Veil prevents Alcremie or its teammates from falling asleep, and its Gigantamax Move is G-Max Finale, which heals Alcremie and its teammates if they have taken any damage in battle.
