An event is happening every other weekend, well for three weekends, and this one is the Full-Fury Team Clash event, where players pick a team, and each of them are represented by a Pokémon, the Blue Team, which is led by Cinderace, and the Red Team, which is led by Buzzwole, and you get some good rewards for participating in some Full-Fury Team Clash battles.
In Full-Fury Team Clash, all matches take place at Mer Stadium, and your moves have very fast cooldowns, this can be good on Pokémon like Venusaur, Gardevoir, and Alolan Ninetales where they can repeatedly use their more powerful moves to quickly take down opposing Pokémon. Between this upload and the last Pokémon UNITE video I have uploaded, Dragapult has been added into Pokémon UNITE, and during my matches, I have not seen a single Dragapult used, the Unite Licenses you get are random, and you are given two License Redraws for each battle.
I take part in some of them, and I test out Pokémon like Aegislash, Charizard, and Decidueye, and I did use Azumarill in one attempt, but I didn't stand a chance as my opponents were using Alolan Ninetales and Gardevoir, and having to deal with Alolan Ninetales's Aurora Veil and Gardevoir's Psyshock wasn't that easy. I have seen a lot of Greninja uses in battles, and its Double Team and Water Shuriken are very good moves for these kinds of battles, and there is Venusaur's Solar Beam which can take down Pokémon at a very long range, and there is Mew which can swap its moves in about 5 seconds compared to the 15 it normally has.
Goals are scored faster, and the faster cooldowns can help in certain objectives, like the Rotom objective at the earlier parts of the battle, and the Zapdos objective when three minutes have passed.
They haven't announced the next Pokémon that will be coming to Pokémon UNITE, they might have datamined that Pokémon if they have already, I have never looked it up. Almost every Pokémon that gets added into Pokémon UNITE has been either datamined or leaked about weeks or even a month before release, the last time we had a Pokémon included that wasn't datamined was Hoopa, and that was back on Pokémon Day in 2022, I don't remember if Duraludon got leaked or not, but it was revealed in a trailer as the Pokémon that came after Hoopa. I remember that Espeon and Delphox got leaked before their release, shortly after Azumarill was added into the game, and I remember Tyranitar being datamined, but didn't know Glaceon and Buzzwole would be added before Tyranitar, and then there was Mew, Dodrio, and Scizor, all three were leaked before they were even announced, and Zoroark was even datamined before release. I don't know if Clefable counts, as it was in the beta for Pokémon UNITE when it was first announced, and it took them about two years till it was finally in the game. I hope whichever Pokémon we get next is revealed without any datamines or leaks, because I really hate it when that happens.
