Hey guys in this video I show you how to get the different forms of Rotom.

First head to Lumiose City and then go to the pokemon lab.

When you reach the pokemon lab head for 2F (2nd floor) then you will see a whole bunch of boxes at a section of the lab. Go to the boxes and press 'A' then you will have the choose of multiple Rotom forms.
