Here are the last few Battle CDs, this is where things get harder, as there are many Legendary Pokémon and tougher strategies to win them. I would advise that you watch the whole video before you read the description as it does give away the final battle CDs, this can be a spoiler to people who have not even played Pokémon XD or have not even completed the game yet.
Battle CD 46: Operation Zero
Your Pokémon: Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Umbreon, Espeon
Opponent's Pokémon: Mew
Strategy: Vaporeon is likely to faint on the first turn, so have it use Helping Hand to power up Eevee's Bite, or have both Eevee and Vaporeon use Bite. Whichever one faints, send in Jolteon and have it use Thunder Wave on Mew. Flareon's Shadow Ball, Umbreon's Confuse Ray, along with Espeon and Umbreon's Substitute and Bite can help defeat Mew.
How to Obtain: Citadark Isle (Greevil's empty seat)

Battle CD 47: The Ultimate! Latias & Latios Side A
Your Pokémon: Lugia, Ho-Oh
Opponent's Pokémon: Latias, Latios
Strategy: Both Latios and Latias have the Soul Dew, both like to target Ho-Oh, so have Lugia use Icy Wind while Ho-Oh uses Protect. Use Lugia's Aeroblast or Ice Beam and Ho-Oh's Aerial Ace to take out Latios first, then take out Latias.
How to Obtain: Cipher Key Lair (Factory Room)

Battle CD 48: The Ultimate! Latias & Latios Side B
Your Pokémon: Latias, Latios
Opponent's Pokémon: Lugia, Ho-Oh
Strategy: Both Latios and Latias don't have the Soul Dew, Lugia will use Icy Wind, so have Latios use Protect, and focus on defeating Ho-Oh first. After defeating Ho-Oh, Latias can use Recover to take Lugia's attacks, this is likely the hardest Battle CD.
How to Obtain: Realgam Tower (After beating Battle CD 47)

Battle CD 49: Legendary Pokémon Challenge 1
Your Pokémon: Jumpluff, Ninjask
Opponent's Pokémon: Groudon, Shiftry
Strategy: Have Jumpluff use Sleep Powder on Groudon while Ninjask Protects, then use SolarBeam on Groudon and Silver Wind to take out Shiftry, or have both Ninjask and Jumpluff Protect while Shiftry will use Explosion.
How to Obtain: Kaminko's House (Chobin's Room)

Battle CD 50: Legendary Pokémon Challenge 2
Your Pokémon: Quagsire, Lanturn
Opponent's Pokémon: Kyogre, Kingdra
Strategy: Have Lanturn use Protect when Quagsire uses Earthquake, and Lanturn use Thunder and have Quagsire Protect.
How to Obtain: Kaminko's House (Bookshelf in Kaminko's Room)
