This video covers a recently found speedtech, which has like 5+ different names that people are calling it, including but not limited to "Polswid Tech," "Snowballing," "Zig-Zagging," or as my chat liked to call it "that new glitch boost speed strat."
The concept of this tech combines speedghosts with a button combination that makes you decelerate at a slower rate. Can also be used on grass/other off-road. The tech can be made easier with button re-mapping.
This tech is still really new and we're learning a lot about it still, so there may be more info about how it works that we don't entirely know about yet.
