This is a secret minigame in Snowdrop Escape, a Russian Half-Life 2 mod from Steam. Gameplay-wise it reminds of Super Hexagon, or rather Open Hexagon except it is made in basic 3D and 2 closest lines to the hole are not fatal.
The goal is to score 197 points. You get "Brain Dissolver" achievement for that.
