Pontius Pilate and the Jews

Pastor Eli James begins by stating that Jews have never demonstrated loyalty to any country in which they have lived, ranging from the Roman Empire to the Soviet Union of the past and/or the United States of today. The US media is partly to blame for distorting the real situation in the Middle East to favor Israel. Jews are known to despise Christians and to exploit them as a tool. Jews employ ostensibly Christian people to destroy Christianity. He goes on to claim that Jews are like oil and Christians are like water, and the two will never mix, but rather the former will float to the top and try to govern the latter. The Pastor goes on to allege that 24 Jewish families were swindling people, both Jews and non-Jews, by stating that they required temple monies that were supposed to be spent for the cause but were instead utilized to make them wealthy. Jews were also supposed to be extravagant and gluttonous.

Pilate was reported to have endured them to the best of his abilities, but they exceeded all boundaries. He subsequently confiscated all funds sent by the Diaspora Jewish Community to the Pharisee-controlled city of Jerusalem. While Jews disliked foreign non-Jews living in Palestine, they had no problem establishing in any other part of the Roman empire, particularly rich cities where they could engage in banking and other commercial operations. Within the ancient Roman empire, Jews were also involved in academia. Jews were known for sponsoring revolts against the Roman Empire, and Pontius Pilate saw them as a threat who would cause them infinite grief if not carefully checked.

During the reign of Pontius Pilate, there were ethnic tensions between two groups of Jews: the Herodian Edomites or Pharisees and the Israelite Judahites. According to Pastor Eli James, all of the empire's problems sprang from the Herodian Edomites and Pharisees, not the common Israelite Judahite Jews
