This stage, 4-1 took just under 12 hours to beat. The rest of the game ranges from very easy to moderate. Its a very random difficulty spike. At some point I reached a skill ceiling where it was more of a gambling game. Once you have the skill to snipe out and break through a single column, its more of a dice roll if the ball goes into ATTACK mode and takes out the rest of the blocks. This probably ranks up there with one of the longest times Ive spent on a single checkpoint in a game, even the most extreme modes. I estimate two parts that took me possibly 20 hours each. That was getting No Healing on Alma 2 in Master Ninja Mode in the Mission Mode on Ninja Gaiden Black and The dual bogies final bosses in Vanquish On God Hard Mode. This was before I had recording capabilities so it was a very rough estimate in both cases. One of the bosses in Gun.Smoke, the indian , took around 9 hours to beat. This stage didnt take that long for pure difficulty reasons as there is that dice roll aspect which can be very random. The more often you can snipe out a single collumn and get the ball to the top, the faster you will get that lucky chance. Other than that its very hard to keep the ball going once it comes back down.
