After winning the grand prize at Annihilation Nation, Ratchet & Clank talk to Courtney Gears over some information about Dr. Nefarious' schemes. After Ratchet gets booted out of being the co-star for Secret Agent Clank (thankfully he is appreciated by the Galactic Rangers better anyway), Clank films another episode of the robot's Holofilm series. After being botnapped by Courtney Gears, Clank is interrogated by Nefarious himself about joining a robotic revolution, despite Clank's protests. Meanwhile, Ratchet fought his way through waves of Tyhrranoid pests while looking for Clank. Once he found Clank, the robot tells the Lombax that Nefarious was onboard a star-cruiser known as the Leviathan. Once back on the ship, Ratchet got an update from Skidd that he shut off the forcefield of the Obani Draco moon (which turns out to be Courtney Gears' home), but got kidnapped while doing a reconnaissance mission. Ratchet returned back to the Phoenix in order to play the 3rd episode of the Qwark vidcomic series before going to rescue Skidd from Courtney Gears and Nefarious.
