I would've liked beating this Mirror Mode on Normal, but for some reason the third race in the tournament feels absolutely impossible to beat. So I had to go for Easy. On the bright side, when you beat Mirror Mode you unlock the black car (test driver), which is 10 mph faster than the other cars. This means that the Hard difficulty is most likely very easy to beat if you use it, even in Mirror Mode.
