I think there's a lot of work that you need to do on these maps. You stated in the comments on one of the videos that you're not very good at coming up with puzzles, but it's not as difficult as you may think. I think what you're trying to do is put too many elements into a map. Instead, take a step back and focus on only one or two and think how you're able to re-use those elements. There is a link below to Demon Arisen's "How to make Great Test Chamber" series and I would highly recommend watching those videos.
