0So, as we continue our way through these tests, we stumble upon a room that is dedicated to the white gel (which I still don't know the official name for it is). I do know that the white gel will allow you to place a portal on any surface, as long as you have that gel on it.Now, what I didn't realize at the time, you can replace the white gel with another color and, if you do, it then won't allow you to create a portal there. That is actually really important to mention in an upcoming problem where I didn't understand what was going on for quite a bit. As much as I would have loved the game to simply tell me how to do things since it would be easier to record/have less of a chance to make myself look stupid trying to figure out a problem, I do actually like the fact that they keep you in the dark for the most part and allow you to just mess around with their mechanics till you have that epiphany and realize how to solve it. Or, in some cases, you end up googling it. I don't believe that this is one of the problems; I haven't reach that stage as of yet. *I also want to apologize for the fact that I cut off the conversation in that room; Somehow I didn't realize that till after editing everything and in the middle of the audio recording session. All that you missed is that you shouldn't accept lives' lemons.*
