This is split into 2 segments.

The first segment is some quick portaling so you can get yourself trapped quicker. You fall into the glass cell. You cannot stand on the edges of the cell, unfortunately. You must wait until Wheatley comes into the cell. Take him and stand in front/on top of the core mounting platform.

Segment 2 takes a little bit of a different concept than KingpinSYD's route. I discovered that you can go out and over the top of the wall panels. I use the reportal glitch to do so. Then, you wait in front of the wall that opens and I wall reportal (suggestion made by TTom while I was LiveStreaming. Thank you!) to the button to hit it. I think I just realized that instead of doing what KingpinSYD did, all you would need to do is have a portal on the ground and wait until the wall starts opening, shoot a portal against the wall and reportal through the floor portal. That would be the most efficient way to do it. Damn. Well, this was a cool route to accomplish. Anyway, go back into the main room and I wait through the dialog. You only need to hit the trigger in the back of the elevator as quickly as possible to start the ending sequence of the dialog.
