Portal Map: PortalZ: The 2020 Slice
0A mappack created by ZMYaro, inspired by Hen7's Portal: The Flash Version Mappack, with some Portal: Prelude elements thrown in as well. It's my most favorite mappack for Portal now. The original version of PortalZ was PortalZ: The First Slice (likely a reference to the demo version of Portal) containing beta versions of 10 chambers, some of which were unplayable. Eventually ZMYaro released updated versions of the chambers separately. That was the last of PortalZ we got, until 2020, when the creator suddenly revisited the mappack and got on to finishing it up. While the mappack still cannot be considered a complete release today, a new version of it was finally released as PortalZ: The 2020 Slice, including 14 chambers that are completely polished and playable, 5 of which were not in The First Slice. Of course, not all chambers were included, but the final map does give the mappack a proper start and ending. Ever since I've played this I've loved those custom elevators and ending.
