POSTAL: Brain Damaged is a spin-off title in the POSTAL series developed by HYPERSTRANGE and CreativeForge Games, and published by Running with Scissors and HYPERSTRANGE. The game was released on PC on June 9th, 2022, with versions for the PlayStation 4/5
Referred to as a "Boomer Shooter", The game is heavily inspired by classic FPS games such as "Doom" and "Quake". As such, levels are large with an exit the player must find to complete the level, player movement is far smoother than mainline FPS POSTAL games, and the graphical aesthetic is retro inspired. As the game takes place in the Dude's dreamscape (or "Dudescape" if you will), the useable weapons are intentionally zany (such as the Super Hooker Shotgun) with unique alt-fires. Items make a return as does the ability to Piss. Enemies are also referred to as "Hostiles", a nod to the original POSTAL.
Following Doom's example, the game is divided into three episodes with five levels per episode:

POSTAL: Brain Damaged is a new, action-oriented take on the Running With Scissors’ cult game series with throwback graphics, and fast-paced, modern gameplay. Take a wild roller coaster ride through the twisted wonderland encased in the POSTAL DUDE’S messed-up mind.
