Respected Sir,
I am Ahmed from Pakistan, I have done B.E in Materials Science and Engineering and I am interested in applying for PG certificate program of 1 year in NDT.I have got good CGPA of 80% and also my IELTS academic score is 7.But every person I met here in Pakistan is discouraging me to apply for study permit by choosing PGD, as they say your chances of getting visa decline by 50% as compared to when you are applying for masters program. But I am very interested in PGD also I cannot afford masters in Canada. I'll be highly obliged for your suggestions and advice,Looking forward for your kind reply.
