Potential THERMOMETER changes - Phasmophobia Dev Preview
0This is the scariest 'fix' that the devs are planning. Making the T1 thermometer have randomness in it's readings. Why? I'm in complete disagreement with that. In my opinion, a better option would be having it update every (random number) 5 seconds thereby reducing the speed in which you can get a reading. That would bring it on par with the abysmal wait times of T2/3.
Here's the good thing that coming. No more having to click-hold-click-hold-repeat. Instead they plan to click-hold and that's it. You get readings every second. Fantastic. Also, T3 is getting a randomness reduction, yay I guess. If it gets readings quickly and the difference is 1-1.5C then I think it'll be great. We'll have to wait and see.
Overall, I'm scared but optimistic that it would end up being as bad as I think it is. Otherwise I may have to use T3 thermo from here on out.
