POV: You are TikTok as Master Dimentio teaches you a new leg workout exercise. The Dog Squat!
Physical fitness is what keeps our bodies strong and living long. It's like a car. If you don't take care of it, it won't last long. Keeping your leg muscles strong is important because it's what carries your entire body. With this new training exercise, I will show you a way to build up your leg strength.
I call this exercise the Dog Squat.
The exercise is simple. Hold a small dog to weigh yourself down, thus making you have to put in more effort for your squats.
For Beginners:
3 sets of 6-10 reps.
Rest 2-3 Minutes to ensure you are fully recovered.
For Intermediate/Advanced Dog Squatters:
3-4 sets of 3-12 reps.
Rest 3 - 5 minutes for a rep range of 3 - 5 and 2 - 3 minutes for a rep range of 6 - 12.
