Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave 5 Review
339Continuing my reviews of Hasbro's Lightning Collection line for Power Rangers, we have wave 5! This wave includes the Zeo Gold Ranger, Mighty Morphin Ranger Slayer, Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger, and Time Force Red Ranger. It's nice to continue getting more of the MMPR team, and I appreciate that this figure comes with the Power Lance both separate and combined. Zeo Gold also has a new version of the Power Staff and comes with Trey of Triforia's head rather than Jason, which is new. We also have Time Force Red, which looks great and has some nice accessories. And the most exciting figure for me personally is Ranger Slayer, because this is the first figure of this Boom Studios comics character ever and they did a great job with it. There are quality control issues still with these figures and Zeo Gold is the perfect example of that with multiple shades of gold paint. But overall, these are great figures and the civilian heads also look pretty good. I definitely recommend all of these figures, including ones like Zeo Gold that you may have gotten in previous releases but now have some changes. Just be wary of the paint.
