Final Valgas is the 2nd form of regular Valgas and appears as the final boss. He is an unplayable character in this version of the game.
===== About Final Valgas =====
He is essentially a 'giant' character, with very slow movement. However his moves are very powerful and inflict high energy depletion, which involves swipes and grabs with his arms, not to mention being able to summon homing projectiles and a massive laser beam. His biggest weakness is undoubtedly his slow speed - it can take forever for him to turn around.

---- Final Valgas' character portrait and lifebar icon is the same as regular Valgas. However on the Dreamcast version, Final Valgas has a completely unique portrait and icon for himself, not mention being named F.Valgas.
---- Despite being a giant character, he actually receives quite high energy depletion. So it's actually not that hard to lose with him when facing against the regular characters.
---- As you can see in the video, if you complete the game with him you get a 'coming soon' picture, along with an email address.
