For convenience, here's what you roughly do to mod an ATX power supply:
ATX G4
P9 to P22 w/ diode
P11 to P22 w/ diode
(P9 and P11 splice with diodes to P22)
P12 to P8
P24 to P11 and P19 (direct splice)
P8 to remove
P20 to remove
P23 to remove
