VulpineGL Mark is a OpenGL benchmark. This benchmark uses Hardware T&L that has the GeForce2 Pro (since the GeForce 256), but the Kyro II has her strength on the Tile Based Rendering architekture. The performance of the Kyro II together with the AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1400 in this test is for a non T&L based card not bad in my opinion!
