It's important for this game to set Rendering Resolution to 1 x PSP instead of default 1:1.
Picture will be not so sharp, but gameplay will be really smooth :)

In System tab, Psp's cpu clock is set on my video to 111, but it doesnt really matter, as there is no any difference in performance with this option when rendering resolution is set to 1 x PSP, so you can leave it on default 0 :)
