59PRACC is an excellent little piece of software. It runs in the background, and upon launching a game, it will automatically tune your computer, background processes and more to perform better. Better FPS, less stuttering and more performance with literally no effort. Even though this is a sponsored guide, the results are accurate, and even on a highly optimized system, with a fresh install of Windows, I did see an improvement in performance and less stuttering!
