Practical Shooting Drills in #VR with ACE
0ACE Virtual Shooting's partnership with the USPSA is huge. You can now find over 30 official practical shooting qualifiers in the sim.
I started using ACE last fall. Since then we've seen partnerships with CZ, Staccato, USPSA, high level coaches and instructors and various other manufacturers and personalities.
We've also seen new features and optimizations including 3 new virtual environments, dozens of drills, series (mini-match) additions, weekly full on VR matches, a classification system, mixed reality modes, and so much more.
ACE isn't inexpensive, but if you're serious about training, the value is obvious. This tech takes training to another level and it's fun as hell.
It's tough to show how effective and immersive the sim is in video content. I did my best to capture the dynamic nature of movement drills, tracking of the handset, and variety of stages in this short clip.
