WHAT IS A DRAFT RACE?
First, players will draft their teams. Every unit may only be picked once. Then, players will speedrun through the game, only using units that they picked. The first player to beat the game wins the draft race. If no one has finished after 6 hours then the winner is determined by who is on the latest chapter.
RULES
Drafting:
1. This draft is for 4 players with the goal being to finish the game the fastest.
2. Eirika, Ephraim, Orson, Tethys and Myrrh are free for all to use.
3. The game will be played on Normal Mode.
4. Racers may choose individually whether to go Eirika or Ephraim route.
5. Seth is free for everyone, until the end of Chapter 4. He can also be drafted, but the person who drafted him can only use him starting Chapter 9.
Rules:
1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, rescue undrafted units and NPCs, trade, use items, visit shops / armories, visit villages, enter combat without attacking (meatshielding), sustain status (and enter combat if berserked), and dig up items in the desert.
2. Undrafted units may not be deployed from the preps menu (to do any of the tasks above, EXCEPT if they can recruit another unit in that chapter), attack, counterattack, use staves, summon, rescue / carry drafted units, or open doors / chests.
3. NPC units may do as they please without penalty.
4. Use of the Enemy Control Glitch is NOT allowed.
5. Save states and emulator speedup are entirely banned.
6. All players will use a patched game that scrambles the RNG and allows players to hold A to make units move more quickly.
Penalties:
1. Disallowed use of undrafted units results in a 5 minute penalty, per unit and per chapter.
2. You're allowed to reset a chapter instead of taking a penalty after the use of an undrafted unit.
3. Every player starts with a 15 minute "break" penalty that they have to add to their final time if they do not take it.

1. Seth is free for all to use until the end of Chapter 4.
