In this first part, we’ll discover the early history of the artform – from prehistoric explorations of movement, ancient artworks, pre-cinema devices (such as Magic Lantern, Zoetrope, Praxinoscope), and the earliest projected stories (Emile Reynaud's Théâtre Optique / Optical Theatre).
