In this video, I dive into the latest apology from the Once Human development team regarding the recent lag issues and the pre-registration problems for the upcoming Way of Winter Team-Up Event.

The developers have outlined a plan to fix the lag, with the first round of server optimizations already live and more coming on October 17. But many players, including myself, are facing even bigger problems with the Way of Winter pre-registration. Unable to claim rewards or connect our accounts, we're running out of time before the event kicks off.
