When preaching the scripture this week we have a simple reminder, “Do not Judge.” God’s word warns us “Judge not lest we be judged…” However, do you remember the rest of his reminder? Have you ever wondered why some people say they are uncomfortable at church? When you think of a Christian, what do you think? Are we expecting a particular stereotype? Are you choosing not to invite certain people because you don’t think “they will fit in?” As Christian’s we need to remember God is our judge, and we need to teach others that as well.
Let’s study God’s word and let it guide us through life together. Learn from God’s word as he intended, so we can be better Christians today than we were yesterday.
