In a nutshell: In 2012 Kevin Kulek announced online that he was making 250 original Predator pinball machines at $4500 each. It was $250 down for a spot (via pay pal). He eventually in the coming years finished a machine and took it to pinball shows (it had modes/animations/movie call outs/etc...). He along the way asked for more payments and people that paid in full got special "bonus" things. Come to find out in 2015 though after taking upwards of about $1 million dollars from people he announced that he didn't actually have the license to make the game and that it was not being built. He is now being sued by a group most scammed.
