Please find some prototypes of Sega Smash Pack Vol.1 Dreamcast including the first playable version of the title. This prototype dates from Nov. 17, 2000, about 3 months before the commercial release of Sega Smash Pack Vol.1.

Its programmer (Gary Lake-Schaal) and producer (Scott Hawkins) tell us the history of the Mega Drive emulation on DC and the backstage of its development. Part of the article talks about the history of the Sega Swirl PC/Dreamcast game designed by the producer of Sega Smash Pack.
