I wanted an excuse to replay Prey for what is my 7th time in this video... I have lost count by now. This is my run on Nightmare difficulty without using Neuromods (No Needles achievement) and without killing any humans.

I have cut out the initial scripted part of the prologue as well as the loading screens. I also avoid combat fairly often as weapon upgrades are controlled by Neuromods and it's impractical to try and kill some types of enemies on this mode.
