I do not know what was this terrible bug about when I did this quest; but I played, and played until I kinda got the hang of it but really on the first try I completed the quest but I went back because I wanted to save all of them and thats when the bug happened so here is what I researched and saw what might work.........................................................................

1. Go back to your very last save where you was going to the cargo boy.
2. Save Dr. Dayo Igwa again!
3. restarting Steam
4.You can also Reload to the part where you get the Fabrication plans and the power and did it in the other order.
5. Placing the turrets in different spots.
6. Hacking the door instead of using the code. *Must place turrents down* after!
7. Hacking the door instead of using the code. It earned some disapproving comments but quest still does not update.
8. Exhausting all dialogue from Elazar, Ekaterina, and Igwe before placing the turrets down.
9. Exhausting all dialogue from Ekaterina after clearing the Typhon.
10. Killing everyone before hacking the door open.
11. Killing everyone after clearing the Typhon.
12. Folding up one of the turrets so that the fight lasted longer.
13. Folding up one of the turrets so 1 or 2 casualties were the result.
