First of all, there are two catchphrase on this boss, which both is pretty annoying.
One, you may not use Pecorine of any form, including current gachabanner.
Two, you may not use any kind of Union Burst from any of your character.
These two gimmicks limits your team lineup tremendously, as most of the gameplay so far relies hardly on the UB utilization.

So, now for the boss itself.
The boss have three phases as usual, with two first phase a summoning mob phase, and the last will be the boss-killing phase.

For the first phase, you will be pitted with 2 Stone Golems and 2 Mud Golems. You will need to kill these 4 to proceed to next phase. Mix your team with character with high P.Atk (like Djeeta/HatsuShio) and M.Atk (Kyoka/Kyaru) that are not rely for their UB to generate damage. This phase is generally the easiest and can be easily managed.

The second phase followed after, and to be frank is the most complicated phase in this run. The boss will summons total of three waves of Shadows. First two waves will be three shadows each with the third having four shadows. You will be need to kill total of 10 shadows to proceed through, and each following wave will appear when two of the preceding wave has been killed. If your team is killed midway this phase, the wave of shadows will reset from first wave upon next run.

First one being Rei, Hiyori and Shiori. Make sure you focus to wipe out Hiyori and Rei first, before the next wave appears, as they can easily breach through Nozomi with the help of second wave.

Second wave will be Mahiru, Anna and Kyoka. In this wave, the major concern is Kyoka. As your tank is Nozomi, she is very vulnerable to any kind of Magical attacks, and Kyoka is there to threaten you. Break through the line as quickly as possible and disable Kyoka as soon as possible, before the third wave appears.

Third wave will be Jun, Makoto, Eriko, Yui. The major problem here is Jun - she is though nut to crack, and the primary reason why Kyoka from last wave must be cleared as soon as possible. If you left Kyoka unattended and this wave appeared before she can be dealt with, you will find managing your team HP is extremely hard if not impossible. Also, Anne will be dying on this wave, but it should not hinder your progress too much, so just simply let her go.

After you cleared this wave, then come the final wave, where you will finally pitted against the Golem. He has pretty low HP and DEF, just focus on piling up damages while mitigating your team HP using Nozomi. Occasionally, the boss will summon Mud Golems to distract your team, but it should not be troublesome enough. Two to three turns should be enough for you to finish this boss off.

As for the units, it is recommended to have Nozomi/Kuuka as tank, Karin/Neneka as buff and Priform Lyrical/HatsuShio/Kyoka as your main damager. Remember, no UB could be used here, so pit your team with whomever can sustain damage without heal from UB and can deal damage without relying on UB as well. Like usual, Rank 22 and Lv210+ is highly recommended.
