Before everything else, be warned that this boss is kind of annoyingly nasty. Its attack is highly lethal, especially with lack of proper tank on our team. Make sure to manage each of everyone's HP regularly and keep them out of trouble sooner than later. Playing manually with this setup is highly recommended. As for the team, you may switch P.Kyaru with NY.Kyaru in Mode 2/3 and Homare in Mode 3.
On first mode, we'll be required to clear 20 of the smaller cow mobs. Use Priform Rei here for effective cleaning. But be aware that her HP is pretty low. Three attacks from the cow is enough to take her down. Unleash her UB immediately after it is ready, and other while waiting for Rei's UB to be recharged. If you manage to time it well enough, she'll survive (albeit barely) this mode. If you can't, however, make sure you have 6 or less mobs before she dies, so not to drag the next run too long, and further jeopardizing your chance of 5run clear.
On second mode, the boss will switch to actively hit you. This boss has annoyingly high P.Defense and attack. Your first mode team won't survive long here, nor will deal any significant damage. Let them die, then switch over to the second team. On the second(magical) team, focus all your buff to Kyaru(Priform/NewYear). Once she's buffed, unleash her UB immediately once ready. As for P.Kokkoro, time her UB to be released right before/after boss releases its UB, as to mitigate the damage and keep everyone alive. Maho is largely used as battery here, to quick-charged Kyaru.
On third mode, it's more or less similar to second mode, with slightly different timing on Kyaru(or Homare) skill release. Instead of immediately releasing UB, release it right before the boss hit your team with its dash attack. You may see this when the boss is crouching down, preparing to dash forward - it's your cue to release her UB. Furthermore, this dash attack of the boss will also have chance to stun anyone with highest M.Atk in your team (in which here, is a sure fire will aim to Kyaru/Homare). If you hit the boss on other timing than this, it will deal a lot lesser damage, though still doable if you wish so.
Should you time everything to the T here, you should be able to eventually clear the boss within 5run.
Also, like all other, R22 and Lv220 of everyone included in the team is highly recommended. As for the star, Karin is doable with only *3. For other, try to hit *5. Good luck.
