The wolf makes eye contact. That's primal instinct. Primal creatures recognize primal creatures. It may look serene but we tell you folks don’t take kindly to other folks cattle coming upon their sovereign land. Your cattle better stay on your side. That’s about property rights and grazing rights. In hindsight of our religion: we regret how a sheep was slaughtered in the feast, in part by our very own hands. The local way of slaughter is very different than a factory. It is believed that this method is equally merciful as the above. Today we respect all life and will never take part again in animals being consumed. Every part and element of the creature, who gave its life to feed the people, was consumed. No part ever gone to waste.
