The arena boss is surprisingly easy. Use ramps and dagger plates to get the Prince into position for Speed Kill attacks. When the Prince reaches a high beam, you can initiate a Speed Kill to take out one of the Boss' eyes. You need to take out both eyes before the boss will start taking damage.

With both his eyes out, stay behind him and attack the heels of his feet. Just keep attacking and avoid his front-side. On normal mode, his sword can prove to be a one-hit kill without Life Upgrades.

When he runs out of life, attack one foot so that he will raise it in the air. Attack his other foot, the foot that is still on the ground, to make him fall. Automatically, the Prince will start a 3-hit Speed Kill sequence to finish him.
