Story:
Princess Peach: Showtime! Is a brand new action adventure game, developed and published by Nintendo. In this colourful and charming adventure, Princess Peach and her entourage of toads head to Sparkle Theatre for an unforgettable show, but it’s curtains down when the evil sorceress Grape and the Sour Bunch, interrupt the performance!In order to squash Grape’s plans and free the theatre’s imprisoned actors, Princess Peach will have to take centre stage and suit up in different costume transformations; including a ninja, cowgirl and detective, while exploring multiple themed ‘plays’ which act as the games ‘stages’.
Age Rating:
This game has received a PEGI 7 because it features mild, non-realistic violence that lacks any apparent harm to fantasy creatures in a child-friendly setting.This cartoon-like violence is either directed at Princess Peach, or at her fantastical enemies, many of which are puppet-like in terms of design, with loose wooden parts and when hit give unrealistic reactions.For example, they flash when hit, disappear in puffs of smoke when defeated, and do not display any visible harm.Peach also shows no visible harm when attacked, simply flashing when hit and sagging to her knees when defeated.
